Counting down to our big day, we've been busier than expected, mainly with finalizing logistical tasks. Now that I have most of the-day-of decor and paper thingy done, I can finally share some of the completed work!
For invitation, to incorporate the overall organic and clean feel of the wedding design, I picked the watercolor Petale Template from Minted, matching our engagement photo with me wearing a watercolor marble printed dress.
Similar to our Save the Date, I mixed and matched vintage stamps and copper wax seal for the antique vintage look. I picked pewter grey envelopes with gold calligraphy ink this time to give it that refined balance. For the finish, I used the waxed hemp cord, instead of ribbons, and tied it around the invitation into a small asymmetric bow, again, for the organic feel.
For our wedding party, I also slipped in the hand torn rehearsal picnic invite with uneven gold deckled edges. This light grey petite invite meant to be simple and sophisticated, echoing the overall color and aesthetic feel of the design.
