Do people know clearly who you serve?

If your target customers find you, online or offline, do they know immediately that they are your target customers? From everything they see on your website, social media, newsletter, etc., would they know that you specialize in serving them and that you will fulfill their specific needs?

Your target customers would also come back to you as returning customers, and even telling other people about you and bringing you referrals. Focus on adding value that are worth sharing, not just on being liked.
